You create a free account, complete your profile with your appointment types and prices, and we check your HCPC registration. When patient booking opens, self-pay patients near you can find you and book.

On Limberly, nothing up front. Listing is free, with no yearly subscription and no lock-in, and Limberly is paid only when a patient books through it. The per-booking fee has not been set yet: we will publish it before patient booking opens.

To be fair to the others: these are not like-for-like. A membership such as Physio First also buys business support, and a basic Physio2u listing is free for CSP members. If a channel already keeps your diary full, a flat yearly fee can work out cheaper than any per-booking fee. What a per-booking fee does is cost you nothing in a quiet month.

“Physiotherapist” is a protected title in the UK. If you are not on the HCPC register as one, Limberly is not for you, and that is what lets patients trust the list.

Patients do not scroll a list of names. They start with where it hurts, answer a short safety check based on NHS advice, and then see physiotherapists near them, with prices, ready to book.

How do we check physiotherapists?
Every physiotherapist on Limberly is checked on the HCPC’s public register before their profile goes live, and checked again after each renewal deadline. We do not label anyone as Chartered, because CSP membership has no public register we can check.

How much does it cost to list my physio practice on Limberly?
Nothing. Listing your practice on Limberly is free, and there is no yearly subscription. Limberly is paid only when a patient books an appointment with you through Limberly.
What percentage does Limberly take from a booking?
The per-booking fee has not been set yet. We will publish it, and tell every listed physiotherapist, before patient booking opens. Until then there is nothing to pay.
Is there a contract, a minimum term or a notice period?
There is no yearly subscription and no lock-in. You can leave whenever you like: email support@limberly.co.uk and we will take your profile down. Using Limberly means agreeing to our terms of use.
Do I need to be HCPC registered to join?
Yes. Limberly lists physiotherapists on the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) register only. You complete your profile and we check your HCPC registration before your profile goes live. How we check physiotherapists explains exactly what we look at.
Do I need my own professional indemnity insurance?
Yes. The HCPC requires every registrant to have a professional indemnity arrangement as a condition of registration. Limberly does not provide insurance cover.
Who sets my prices and appointment types?
You do. You choose the appointment types you offer, such as an initial assessment or a follow-up, and set your own price for each. Patients see your price before they book.
What happens when a patient cancels or does not turn up?
Cancellation terms will be set when patient booking launches, and we will share them with every listed physiotherapist before then.
How will patients find me?
Patients start by showing where it hurts on a body map and answering a short safety check based on NHS advice. Anyone whose answers suggest they should see a GP or call NHS 111 first is told so. Everyone else sees physiotherapists near them, with their prices, and books online. You can try the body map yourself.
I practise outside London, Manchester or Sussex. Can I still join?
Yes. Limberly is for physiotherapists across the UK. We are starting with London, Manchester and Sussex, where we bring patients first, and you can create your free account now wherever you practise.
How is Limberly different from Treatwell or a physio directory?
A directory or membership listing charges a flat fee whether or not patients come, and a booking app like Treatwell takes a share of each new client's first booking (35% plus VAT on its UK partner pricing page, alongside a monthly fee). Limberly is free to list, is paid only when a patient books, and is built only for physiotherapy: every physio is checked on the HCPC register, and patients arrive through a body map and an NHS-based safety check.
What happens to my data?
Your public profile shows what you choose to put on it, such as your practice, appointment types and prices. We use your account details to run the service and we do not sell your data. Our privacy policy covers the detail, including how to ask us to delete it.
